We are actively involved in school improvement and initial teacher training with Ripley Teaching School Alliance in Lancaster. Mr Dewar-Willox is a Specialist Leader of Education for English and Leadership, and sits on the Executive Steering Group which delivers initial teacher training for future primary school teachers. Holme Community School is an active member of the South Lakes Rural Partnership. This group of over 30 schools provides mutual support, staff development, pupil/family support and rigorous peer evaluation to one another across south Lakeland. .
