Results 2016

Our children work exceptionally hard, and make very good progress throughout their time at school. Our results are consistently above the local and national averages in all key stages: 

Academic Results - 2016 

EYFS: 

For the last academic year the children entered Reception below, or broadly in line with the national and local average. At the end of the year 67% of children achieved the GLD (Good Level of Development) which was above the local average which was 64.9%. These were results were moderated by Cumbria County Council and show that the children progressed rapidly from the beginning of the year. 

 

Key Stage 1: 

Phonics: 83% of Year 1 children passed the phonics screening check, which was above the national average at 81% and the local average at 77.2%
