An exciting opportunity for Holme Class...

This year we want to give the children in Holme Class the opportunity to take part in the largest school choir concert in the World!

We want to take children to the Manchester Arena, to sing with thousands of others, in a unique and special event, which I am sure they will talk about for years.

The event will take place one evening in the week the 22^nd-25^th January 2018. We will only find out which evening once we confirm how many children we will be taking. Parents’ will be able to come along and watch too!

The children will spend the day at Manchester Arena on the day of the concert, before the evening performance which will finish at 9.30pm. We appreciate this will be a later than usual night, which is why we are only offering this opportunity to older children.

Once we have confirmed final numbers, we will then be able to confirm information about transport and the cost (transport and a young voices t-shirt).

We will be practising the songs as part of our music lessons and there may be a requirement for a few extra practises at lunchtime. Practise makes perfect!

It’s a great opportunity, and I do hope everyone in the class will take it up. Please complete the slip below to confirm your child’s interest/commitment to the event and return it to school, no later than Friday 22^nd September.
